7 days of complete immersion in the traditional practice of yoga according to the ancient texts of the Nath Tradition. Accommodation and practice in a secluded place in the mountains of Crimea (Bakhchisarai), trips to the sea (to secluded places for the practice of pranayama and dhyana), visits to places of power and attractions (at the request of the group).

The retreat seminar is focused on the practice of pranayama and dhyana (meditation), but, of course, we will not disregard other sections of yogic sadhana. Breathing in the fresh mountain air, we will practice asanas on the grass, striving to achieve naturalness and harmony. We will definitely perform agnihotra (fire ritual) for Gorakshanath, the patron saint of yogis. We will also find time for studying and analyzing the classical texts of yoga, communication on spiritual topics (satsang). We will also leave ourselves the opportunity to deviate a little from our plans, if necessary - a little spontaneity in order for the seminar to turn out to be truly unforgettable, valuable precisely for those people who will be with us.

Seminar cost: 10,000 rubles.

The cost of air tickets from Moscow to Simferopol: 7500 r and more (the price of tickets can grow! - book in advance).

Cost and living conditions: Comfortable cottages with a pool and a gazebo, accommodation for up to 9 people in the house (there are rooms with double and single beds). Accommodation and meals for the entire duration of the seminar will amount to RUB 13,500 (RUB 1,800 per day plus travel costs).

Total cost of the retreat without air tickets: 23,500 rubles.
