The online course is dedicated to the study and research of chakras in practice. It includes 2 modules (10 classes in total), during which Yogi Lakshminath will talk about each chakra and its symbolism from the point of view of Tantra and the Nath teachings, about methods of meditating on the chakras. The course is practical, so all knowledge will be integrated into the practice during the class.
Each class includes preparation of the body and prana (vyayamas, asanas) and meditation (visualization and contemplation).
The practice takes place in a calm meditative manner, without the use of complex elements, suitable for any level of training. It is desirable to have experience in yoga practice (at least 2-3 months).
The course is divided into two modules. The first module includes a tantric explanation of the chakras, the second module – the chakras from the point of view of Natha yogis. Between the first and second modules there will be a week break, during which participants consolidate the knowledge gained in the 1st module in personal practice.
1st module:
March 3 - 7 daily (5 classes).
20:30 (Pacific Time), duration of the class is about an hour.
2nd module:
March 17 - 21 daily (5 classes).
20:30 (Pacific Daylight Time), duration of the class is about an hour.
The duration of each class is about 1 hour (may be more), language: English.
Cost of the entire course: $180 ($100 for the 1st module and $80 for the 2nd module, can be paid separately).
Participation is free for sadhus/sannyasis of Natha Sampradaya.
Classes are held on Zoom platform. It is possible to participate offline (session on record) if the time of online classes is not suitable. If you want to participate offline, please, indicate it in the comment section of registration form.
