Online Natha Yoga classes "Asana, mudra, pranayama", May 4-13

This online course is led by Yogi Lakshminath Maharaj — a teacher in the Nath Tradition (Nath Sampradaya) with over 20 years of experience in yoga practice.
Classes will include asana practice, maha-mudra, maha-bandha, maha-vedha and the elements of pranayama. Asanas are performed in a meditative manner for extended periods, allowing practitioners to approach the state of mudra.
Timing:
Every day, May 4-13, 7 pm PDT (Pacific Time, USA), 10 classes in total
Duration of each class is about 1 hour 15 min
Language: English
It is recommended for the participants to be familiar with the basics of yoga.
Sessions are held on Zoom platform. It is possible to participate offline, sessions will be recorded and shared with all participants.
