Intensive yoga classes in picturesque Pokhara with experienced Nath Tradition teachers, Yoga Guru Lakshminath and Yoga Svarganath, will include:

• practice and theory of hatha yoga: asana, pranayama, mudras, bandhas;

• practice and theory of raja yoga: dharana, dhyana, nadanusandhana;

• satsangs on the topics of traditional yoga practice, teaching in the Nath Tradition, harmonious construction of one's own sadhana in a society.

In addition to classes, it is planned to visit the main temples in the capital of Nepal - Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and in the vicinity of Pokhara.
