The retreat will be devoted to contemplative practice (samyama). In the silence of the mountains, we will study different methods of working with consciousness and energy, ranging from focusing on the elements of the subtle body and ending with very abstract meditations on emptiness. Together we will try to understand by experience what is Laya Yoga, Raja and Amanaska Yoga.​
