The 13th lunar day (pradosha) is especially favorable for the worship of Shiva. It is believed that among all the pujas for Lord Shiva, pradosha puja is the most auspicious, it frees from sins and bestows moksha.

In the program: pranayama, Shiva linga puja, reading a mantra (panchakshari), jyotir dhyana (meditation on the light of consciousness).
