The seminar will focus on explaining the basics of yoga and tantra. Let's also talk about how traditional techniques can become part of the daily life of a modern active person.​

* Yoga and society: how to combine?

​ Every day of the seminar includes practice: asanas, pranayama, meditation. At the end of each day of the workshop, there will be a tea party, during which the participants will be able to ask questions to the Teacher.
