7 days of complete immersion in the traditional practice of yoga according to the ancient texts of the Nath Tradition. Accommodation and practice in a secluded place in the mountains of Crimea (Bakhchisarai), trips to the sea (to secluded places for the practice of pranayama and dhyana), visits to places of power and attractions (at the request of the group).

The retreat seminar is focused on the practice of pranayama and dhyana (meditation), but, of course, we will not disregard other sections of yogic sadhana. Breathing in the fresh mountain air, we will practice asanas on the grass, striving to achieve naturalness and harmony. We will definitely perform agnihotra (fire ritual) for Gorakshanath, the patron saint of yogis.
