At the Yogi seminar, Lakshminath will talk about the ancient yogic tradition of the Naths, in which the now popular hatha yoga once arose; about the life path of a yogi, about the basic practices of yoga (asana, pranayama, meditation) from the point of view of the Nathas. A practical part is provided.​
